New Jersey Property Tax Relief Filing Event

Did you know that certain New Jersey homeowners and renters might qualify for property tax relief? Representatives from the New Jersey Division of Taxation can help you apply in person. No appointments are necessary. 

This event is for senior homeowners and renters ages 65 and up, or receiving federal Social Security or railroad retirement disability benefits. 

Division representatives will be on site to help you with filing your 2025 property tax relief application. Electronic or paper application assistance is available. Click here for more information.

Please bring the following documents:

  • Social Security Number
  • Name
  • Address
  • Photo ID
  • Income Documents for 2024 & 2025 (NJ-1040, 1099-R, 1099SSA)
  • Property Tax Bills for 2024 & 2025
