In celebration of Jewish American Heritage Month.
At a time of growing antisemitism and holocaust denial, Holocaust educator Deborah Rosenberg keeps the memory of these historic events alive by educating us about the forms of resistance in the Warsaw Ghetto. These include soup kitchens, schools, shuls, plays and entertainment, use of couriers to share information, and eventually armed resistance. This program is open to all. Students middle school and older are welcome to attend.
Mrs. Rosenberg has a Master’s degree in Holocaust and Genocide Studies from Yeshiva University and is currently studying for a doctorate in Jewish studies at Touro University and gives talks on Holocaust related topics.
