Drop off your gently used or new Halloween costumes at the Youth Services or Teen Desk from October 15-29 to get a TICKET to take another costume on t 10/29/22 from 11 am until 3 pm in the meeting rooms.  Questions can be emailed to mwhittington@ebpl.org.
