East Brunswick Public Library​ teams up with Project Rise (a Dawoodi Bohra Initiative) and New Jersey Assemblyman Sterley S. Stanley for an upcycling workshop at the library on Saturday, April 19 at 11:00 am.

It is the process of transforming old or discarded items into new and useful things rather than throwing them away. In 2023, the state of New Jersey passed a resolution that names April 16 as the state's official "Upcycling Day."
