Would you like your children to be healthy and happy? Join our fun and educational storytime to help your kids establish healthy habits early in childhood.

Each month we explore a different health topic through songs, cartoons, storytime (in English, German or Russian), games or craft activities.

In April we will read a book about gardening (in English) as a healthy mental and physical activity, sing along songs (in German) and play fun games.

Caregivers are welcome to pick up seeds from our EB Grow Seed Library and kids can 'adopt' a live plant to bring home.

In March we will focus on such health topics as Mindfulness and Sleep and make a fun dream catcher craft.

Live music performed by the Library TAG Volunteer Zaina.

Caregivers will find helpful tips on how to set up a healthy bedtime routine for kids.

In February we will read a story about Kleiner Eisbär (in German) who had a lot of friends in all sizes, and about an Avocado (in English) who with the help of her friends discovers that all along she was special.

In January we focus on Dental Hygiene and Friendship. Our teen volunteers will perform a puppet show about an African crocodile who met a new friend and learned a very useful new skill.

This presentation will cover symptoms, prevention, and the similarities and differences between COVID, FLU, and RSV.
