Meditation with Reiki for Families, GR. 6+ and Adults
Reiki is energy therapy that promotes deep relaxation, mental and emotional clarity, and increased well-being. This practice uses distance reiki, which allows energy to act directly reaching each person where they are, for their highest good, whether that is physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, or any combination.

Crochet Workshop (Gr. 5-Adult) Week 3 of 3
Join teen volunteer Sahana to learn basic crochet skills and put them to work making granny squares! This staple of crochet is fast to make and very customizable, using your own color choices to make a unique design that you love. Use your finished granny squares as a coaster set or sew them together into larger projects like tote bags, blankets, and sweaters!
