A struggling American actor living in Tokyo lands an unusual gig working for a "rental family" agency. Playing stand-in roles in other people’s families, he  begins to form genuine bonds that blur the lines between performance and reality. Confronting the moral complexities of his work, he rediscovers purpose and connection.  Brendan Fraser stars in this dramedy directed by HIKARI.
