Introduction to Mindfulness: Awake and Rest

This program will NOT be recorded.

Join Miranda Lee, a mindfulness coach in an exploration of mindfulness. Find out how mindfulness can help you set an intention of the day as you wake and help you get to sleep at night. Enjoy learning some neuroscience and theory as well as some gentle movement and some still practices. Leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Join us for a fun evening where we will screen, "Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring" before the release of, "The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim".

The presentation will be focused on light in nature photography.  Burwell will discuss different types of light, how to recognize them, when they typically happen, and their best uses, as well as how to take advantage of some especially interesting lighting conditions.
