New Yacht City specializes in yacht rock from the 70s and 80s-- think of bands like Toto, Steely Dan, Hall and Oates. Google's AI notes that "with a repertoire of classic hits and a captivating stage presence, the band will get your crowd moving and grooving at any event." This year the band has been lucky to perform throughout NYC and NJ at well-regarded venues like Rockwood Music Hall, The Red Lion, and Crossroads.
Come learn about Tai Chi and its basic movements with Alex Spiewak. Tai Chi Chuan is a type of ancient art that is primarily practiced for its health benefits. It is described as a "meditation in motion" that is slow, graceful, mindful, low-impact, and full-body. It is suitable for older adults and those not in "top shape".
If possible, please bring a mat or blanket to sit on to be comfortable.
