Sikh Culture Awareness Day

Did you know that there are approximately 30 million followers of Sikhism worldwide, with an estimated 500,000 calling the United States home? To better understand their culture and impact, East Brunswick Public Library (2 Jean Walling Civic Center Drive, East Brunswick, NJ) hosts the Sikh Culture Awareness Day special event on Sunday, April 26 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

This event shares information about the culture and traditions of the Sikh community.

Meet the Bruce Springsteen Archives

The Bruce Springsteen Archives & Center for American Music (BSACAM) at Monmouth University preserves the legacy of Bruce Springsteen and celebrates the history of American music and its diversity of artists and genres. The collection holds close to 50,000 items dating from 1927 to the present. Monmouth University recently announced a new 30,000 square foot building to house the Archives, related exhibition galleries, and a 230 seat, state-of-the-art theater.
