Let's get creative during Week 4 of our online LEGO Club!  This week's challenge is to build an ANIMAL!  Sure, it can be real, but it can also be imaginary.  We can't wait to see what you come up with!

Join us on our Youtube Channel for virtual Maker Club! If you miss our weekly program of arts and crafts and working with our hands, don't worry! Maker Club continues even with the library closed. We upload videos every Monday of something new. Each week we'll upload this page with links to all of the videos. If you try your hand at anything in the videos, or if you just make something you're really proud of, take a picture and upload it to our Maker Club Padlet!

The library is looking for your short stories -- honestly, your shortest stories -- for the annual 73 Words in the 732 Short Story Competition. 

Your short story can be about anything; the only requirement is that it must be 73 words or fewer.  This competition is open to all ages so your entire family can submit entries.  A panel of library staff selects the best short stories, which are posted on the library's website for the whole community to enjoy.
