Stuffed Animal Clinic

Brought to you by HIPHOP-CHI at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.

Bring your cutest stuffed animals and give them a checkup, just like a real doctor!

Kids will learn from future doctors how to perform the doctor's exam, including taking their temperature, listening to the heart, and putting on a bandaid.

Spring into Self-Care! Mindfulness & More

Join the staff of NJ4S to create your own self-care flower and fortune teller!  All supplies are provided and light snacks will be served.

For families with kids in kindergarten and up.

NJ4S is a prevention program that supports youth mental wellness and can connect students and their parents/caregivers with other community resources beneficial to social, emotional, and mental health and well-being, including clinical and non-clinical resources.

Rainbow Loom

Let's craft like it's 2012!  Kids in 1st grade and up can go (slightly) old school with the library's awesome teen volunteers and learn to make a simple rubber band bracelet on their fingers or using some of the Rainbow Loom tools.
