Would you like your children to be healthy and happy? Join our fun and educational storytime to help your kids establish healthy habits early in childhood.
Each month we explore a different health topic through songs, cartoons, storytime, games or craft activities.
For Mental Health Awareness Month in May join us for music storytime and Mother's Day flower craft. The Library TAG volunteers will delight moms with live music and songs.

We will be sharing mental health information resources for children, teens and adults, the ways to reduce stress and improve your overall well-being.

Would you like your children to be healthy and happy? Join our fun and educational storytime to help your kids establish healthy habits early in childhood.
Each month we explore a different health topic through songs, cartoons, storytime (in English, German or Russian), games or craft activities.
In April we will read books about gardening (in English) as a healthy mental and physical activity, sing along songs (in German) and play fun games.
Join us for a special hybrid workshop this Saturday, February 24 at 10:00 am.

Stop by the library's ALS Awareness Table May 8-15 in the library lobby as we celebrate ALS Awareness Week. We are creating awareness about Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), commonly known as Lou Gehrig's Disease. This is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that attacks motor neurons in the brain and spinal cord. Roughly 1 in 400 people will develop ALS in their lifetime.
The HEAL initiative is a student-run initiative from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School that provides education on high blood pressure management, with a focus on lifestyle modifications. They will also provide information on local community sites to check blood pressure and steps on how to properly track blood pressure at home.
